She had a brother Gregor Meyer and sister Patricia Drewes.
She is survived by her sister Paula Lowry, her husband of 62 years, James O. Milmoe, her five children
Robin Webster, Alyson Crispin, Sara Milmoe, James O. Milmoe, Jr. and Andrew G. Milmoe
11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Editor Photogram Magazine for the Colorado Council of Camera Clubs Charter/Founding member of Rolling Hills Country Club Member of Mt Vernon Country Club since 1955 Charter/Founding Member of the Applewood Soiree Dance Club 1960 Docent at the Denver Art Museum since 1979 Member of the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Kirkland Museum in Denver, the Foothills Art Center in Golden Board Member of the Colorado Federation of the Arts, Co-chair Artists Gatherings International Design Conference in Aspen Conferee from 1955–2006 and wrote many articles for CA (Communication Arts) Magazine while Jim photographed. Co-authored two cookbooks with Greta Hilb, For Goodness Sake “Another Cookbook” and For Goodness Sake “That’s my Recipe” Board member and founder of the Friends of Contemporary Art at the DAM (Denver Art Museum) Chairperson of Art Colorado 1969 Board member and founding member of the Alliance for Contemporary Art at the DAM An enthusiastic member of the Denver Eclectics Marilynn loved music, played piano from a young age, and played with the percussion section of the Westinghouse Orchestra in Pittsburgh. She enjoyed attending many “Bravo Vail Concerts” especially the New York Philharmonic Orchestra. Another passion in addition to classical music was opera, which she attended in Central City, Opera Colorado, the Metropolitan Opera in NYC, and the Opera in Verona, Italy. She loved to travel and visited most of the states including Alaska and Hawaii, twenty-eight foreign countries including the Seychelles (which was big on her bucket list)! |

Marilynn was Jim’s life partner, married for 62 years. She was his Photographic Assistant, writer, travel coordinator, art activist, bookkeeper, proofreader, and played an essential role in the success of their business.
